Responsible: KAIRÓS DIGITAL ANALYTICS AND BIG DATA SOLUTIONS S.L. is the Responsible for the processing of the personal data of the interested party and informs them that these data will be processed in compliance with what is provided for in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD), providing them with the following information on the processing.

Purpose: To make the interested party participate in the selection processes of personnel, carrying out an analysis of the applicant's profile with the aim of selecting the best candidate for the vacant position of the Responsible.

Legitimation: Clear consent through an unequivocal action of the interested party (GDPR, art. 6.1.a).

Criteria for the conservation of the data: They will be kept for a maximum period of two years, after which the deletion of the data will be carried out, ensuring total respect for confidentiality, both in the processing and in its subsequent destruction. In this regard, after the said period, and if you wish to continue participating in the selection processes of the Responsible, we ask you to send us your curriculum again.

Data update: In case any modification in your data occurs, we ask you to communicate it to us in writing as soon as possible, in order to keep your data properly updated.

Rights that assist the interested party: Right to withdraw consent at any time. Right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of your data and of limitation or opposition to its processing. Right to file a complaint with the Control Authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the current regulations.
